Just back from another wonderful weekend in Northampton, at the Paradise City Arts Festival. Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth to say hello and shop. The New England weather lived up to its reputation- sunny and in the upper 70’s for set up on Friday, driving rain and swirling winds by Saturday afternoon; alternating mist, clouds and sun through Sunday and Monday. The only thing missing was the foliage- still pretty green around there. The show had a wonderful mix of artists and I enjoyed meeting a few new ‘neighbors’ in the Morgan Building.
Oh, what I would give to have a store like the River Valley Market in my neighborhood! We stopped by to pick up lunch one day and were greeted by a fantastic display of locally grown heirloom apples. Hidden Rose was so good that I’m already trying to find a place for it in my garden next year.
